Eligibility: Participants must be legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and meet the minimum age requirement. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Right Here At Home, or anyone involved in the administration of the Giveaway, are not eligible to enter or win.

General Rules: Stellarform LLC may periodically host sweepstakes or contests on its official social media platforms (such as Instagram and Facebook) and its website. Each event is referred to as a "Social Media Giveaway" or "Giveaway." Participation in any Giveaway signifies your acceptance of these Official Terms, as well as the specific rules provided in the related social media post. These terms, in conjunction with Right Here At Home’s Privacy Policy, govern your involvement.

Entry: Follow the instructions provided in the Giveaway post to submit your entry. By entering, you represent that:
You have the necessary rights to submit the entry. Your entry is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights. Your entry is not intended to harass, intimidate, or embarrass anyone. The entry does not contain any trademarks, logos, or brand names other than those owned by Stellarform LLC.

Giveaway Period: The start and end times or stipulations for each Giveaway are as stated in the corresponding social media post. Entries will only be accepted during this period and the validity of each entry will be as specified in the description. Stellarform LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate or in violation of these rules. Only one entry per person per giveaway unless stated otherwise.

Prize: Details of the prize are specified in the social media post. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except at Stellarform LLC’s discretion. Winners are responsible for any taxes or additional expenses related to the prize. Stellarform LLC is not liable for any issues related to the prize once it is awarded.

Grant of Rights: By accepting the prize, the winner consents, to the extent allowed by law, to grant Stellarform LLC and its affiliates the perpetual, royalty-free right to use their name, city, and state of residence for publicity purposes without additional notice, permission, or compensation. This consent applies globally and across all current and future media formats, in relation to the promotion and administration of the giveaway.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected as described in the Giveaway post, either by random draw or based on specific judging criteria. Winners will be notified via direct message or email and must respond within two days to claim the prize.

Terms and Conditions: The giveaway is governed by all relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Stellarform LLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond its control—such as viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other unforeseen events—compromise the integrity, security, or fairness of the promotion. In such cases, Stellarform LLC may choose to select winners from eligible entries submitted before or after the disruption. Stellarform LLC is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, misdirected, or delayed, nor for any technical or human errors that occur during submission, transmission, processing, or selection of entries. This includes, but is not limited to, issues with computer hardware or software, network or telephone malfunctions, internet traffic congestion, or errors in prize announcements. Stellarform LLC reserves the right to disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, interferes with the operation of the giveaway, or violates these rules. Any attempt to intentionally damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Stellarform LLC reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the social media account or email address associated with the winning entry at the time of submission. Stellarform LLC is not liable for any failure of winners to receive notifications due to issues such as not checking social media messages, emails being filtered to spam or junk folders, or incorrect contact information provided by the winner. The number of prizes awarded will not exceed the amount stated on the Giveaway Social Media Page. Prizes not claimed by the specified deadline may be forfeited and returned to Stellarform LLC. In the case of technical errors or if more prizes are claimed than available, Stellarform LLC may conduct a random drawing from among all eligible claimants to determine the winner(s).

These rules represent the entire agreement between Stellarform LLC and the participant, overriding any previous discussions or agreements. Failure by Stellarform LLC to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision in the future. If any part of these rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Section titles are provided for convenience and have no legal significance. The term "including" means "including but not limited to." Participants are considered independent contractors, and this arrangement does not establish an employment, joint venture, or partnership relationship.

Limitation of Liability: By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Stellarform LLC, along with its affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, the “Sponsor Parties”), from any liability, injury, illness, death, loss, claim, litigation, or damages that may arise, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to, claims resulting from: (i) the participant’s involvement in the giveaway and their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including any loss or damage to an entry; (iii) malfunctions of any computer, network, cable, hardware, or software; (iv) the unavailability or inaccessibility of transmissions, telephone, or internet services; (v) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the giveaway; and (vi) electronic or human errors that may occur in the administration of the giveaway or processing of entries.

Please note that some jurisdictions may not allow certain liability limitations or waivers. If a court determines that the law of such a jurisdiction applies, the liability of Stellarform LLC shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by that law. All decisions are final.

Disputes: The giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law principles. To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants in the giveaway agree that any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to the giveaway must be resolved through individual arbitration, without resorting to collective, class, or aggregate actions. This is as specified in the Terms and Conditions on the stellarform.net website. By registering and/or submitting an entry, each participant irrevocably waives any right to seek rescission, equitable relief, or injunctive relief to the maximum extent allowed by law. Additionally, in any such dispute, participants will not be entitled to claim or receive punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, beyond their actual out-of-pocket expenses (such as costs associated with entering the giveaway). Participants also waive any rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Furthermore, under no circumstances will Stellarform LLC be liable to any participant or third party for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of revenue, lost profits, lost capital, or overhead, whether arising from breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, regardless of whether they have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Miscellaneous: Each giveaway is conducted under the laws of the United States. By participating, you acknowledge that all decisions made by Stellarform LLC regarding the giveaway and prize distribution are final. Winners consent to the use of their names by Stellarform LLC for promotional purposes in any format or medium, without further compensation, including being listed as a winner, unless restricted by law. Additionally, Right Here At Home may be obligated to provide the winner's address to state regulatory authorities.

Privacy Policy: All information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be treated according to Stellarform LLC’s Privacy Policy which can be found at www.stellarform.net/privacy-policy.

Winner Information: To request the name of the winner, send an email to ben@stellarform.net specifying the Social Media Giveaway details including name, platform, and date.
